Whether you are planning a backyard bash for 200+ guests or romantic lakefront wedding with just close family, we help with the details to ensure your day is as stress-free as possible. Our services are customized for your needs.

We are a husband-wife planning duo! As we planned our own wedding a few years back, we realized that we did not want to ask our friends or family to come early to help set up our centerpieces or watch the guest book. We looked around for day-of wedding planners or someone to simply help set up our linens and quickly realized that we couldn’t find someone who fit our needs. So we started this company.

Over the Moon Celebrations offers comprehensive and affordable day-of coordination for your special day. We realize weddings can be stressful and hectic; our job is to make your day special and ensure the small details of “Who is going to set up all my centerpieces?” “Has the photobooth arrived?!” to “Where is my grandma going to sit?” are set.

By day, Sara, is a non-profit event and communications professional. She has over 10 years of event planning experience with weddings, parties, sporting events, and fundraisers. Sean works in logistics.  He has an eye for details and slings linens like no one’s business.

We specialize in day-of coordination, including:

• Pre-ceremony Coordination
• Ceremony Planning and Coordination
• Reception Set Up, Planning, and Clean Up
• Vendor Coordination

We offer packages for weddings in West Michigan and are available here, but we also like the a la carte approach. You pick what you need help with and we will develop an action plan to assist.

All packages can be customized to your personal needs.

Level 1: Complete Day-of Wedding Coordination Package – $850*

• Assistance with rehearsal, ceremony and reception pre-planning, preparation, and execution
• Pre-wedding meetings, timeline development, assist with vendor set-up, assistance with wedding activities two weeks before the big day
• Manage setup and breakdown of all details and décor for the ceremony and reception

Level 2: Reception Coordination -$600*

• Assistance with reception pre-planning, preparation, and execution
• Pre-wedding meetings, timeline development, assistance vendor set-up, assistance with reception activities
• Manage setup and breakdown of all details and décor for the reception

Level 3: Ceremony Decoration Coordination – $450*

• Pre-planning meeting and ceremony execution plan
• Assist with ceremony facilitation
• Manage setup and breakdown of all décor for the ceremony

Level 4: A La Carte Package
